Got a front end alignment. Job done very well. My car now drives straight instead of moving toward the center line. Didn't have to wait to get started either. Great service and better prices than other alinement places in town. A Win, Win situation! Very nice people, too!

After having a very unexpected stall happen to me in the middle of the Tennessee mountains, I was pleasantly relieved when I found out about the great reviews at Russell Auto. My car was back in working shape the next day! Thankfully it was just a bad battery and required little effort to diagnose, however the appreciation of honest advice and not getting overcharged was huge! I have to say, coming from the past decade in Florida, I truly missed small town hospitality. Very polite and honest people, who are very knowledgeable with vehicles of all years and models. I brought in my 08 Lexus and it was a breeze for them to figure out the issue. Grateful beyond words and I would highly recommend this place to locals or visitors🙏
